Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Please take a moment to carefully review the guidelines provided below before submitting your work to us:
1. Guidelines for Content
- ➤ We welcome manuscripts in a variety of genres, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and academic articles. However, it is important to ensure that your submission aligns with our content themes and adheres to our guidelines.
- ➤ Submissions must be original works created by you, the author. We do not accept plagiarized or previously published works.
- ➤ We strongly encourage submissions that represent diverse voices and perspectives. We welcome submissions that reflect different cultures, experiences, and viewpoints.
- ➤ Manuscripts should be submitted in a standard document format, such as .docx or .pdf.
- ➤ Please use a legible font, such as Times New Roman or Arial, with a font size of 12 and double spacing.
- ➤ On the first page of the document, kindly include your name, contact information, and the word count of your submission.
- ➤ If your manuscript includes images or illustrations, please ensure that they are of high quality and relevant to the content.
Manuscript Length
Typically, we consider manuscripts for fiction and non-fiction submissions that fall within the range of 1,500 to 10,000 words. Nevertheless, exceptional works may be considered outside of this range.

Submission Process
- ➤ Kindly submit your manuscript through the online submission form or via email (submission@annalsglobalpublishinggroup.com) with the subject line: "Manuscript Submission: [Your Title]."
- ➤ In the email body, include a brief cover letter introducing yourself and summarizing your submission.
- ➤ Attach your manuscript to the email following the formatting guidelines provided.
- ➤ A confirmation email will be sent upon successful receipt of your submission.
Response Time, Review and Revision:
- ➤ Our goal is to review and respond to submissions in a timely manner, usually within 3-4 weeks. However, response times may vary based on the volume of submissions.
- ➤ Following submission, your manuscript will undergo a peer-review process. You may receive feedback from reviewers and be asked to make revisions.
- ➤ Please promptly address any requests for revisions or additional information from the editorial team.
Rights and Permissions:
- ➤ By submitting your manuscript to “Annals of Global Publishing Group,” you are granting us the non-exclusive right to publish your work on our platform. The author cannot retain copyright to the work and publish it elsewhere without appropriate acknowledgment to “Annals of Global Publishing Group.”
Editorial Process:
- ➤ If your submission is accepted for publication, it may undergo minor edits for grammar, style, or formatting. Any significant changes will be discussed with you before publication.
- ➤ We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards or violate our guidelines.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
- ➤ Manuscripts should be formatted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
- ➤ Use a standard font such as Times New Roman or Arial, size 12.
- ➤ Set margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- ➤ Double-space the entire manuscript, including text, quotations, references, and figure captions.
2. Title Page:
- ➤ Include a title page with the following information:
- ➤ Title of the manuscript
- ➤ Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
- ➤ Corresponding author's contact information (email address, phone number)
- ➤ Any acknowledgments or funding sources
3. Abstract and Keywords:
- ➤ Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the manuscript.
- ➤ Include 3-5 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
4. Main Text:
- ➤ Organize the main text into clear sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- ➤ Clearly label headings and subheadings to facilitate readability.
- ➤ Use clear and concise language, avoiding jargon whenever possible.
- ➤ Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and referred to in the text by their respective numbers.
- ➤ Each table and figure should have a descriptive title and be self-explanatory.
- ➤ Ensure that all tables and figures are of high quality and easily legible.
6. References:
- ➤ Include a list of references at the end of the manuscript, providing complete bibliographic information for all cited sources.
7. Ethics and Permissions:
- ➤ Ensure that your manuscript adheres to ethical standards regarding plagiarism, data fabrication, and authorship.
- ➤ If your manuscript includes copyrighted material (e.g., images, tables), obtain permission for its use and provide proper attribution.
8. Supplementary Materials:
- ➤ If applicable, include supplementary materials such as datasets, code, or additional figures/tables in separate files.
Publication Fee Policy:
At Annals of Global Publishing Group, we are dedicated to upholding transparency throughout our publication process. In order to cover the expenses related to manuscript processing, peer review, copyediting, and online hosting, a publication fee is implemented for accepted manuscripts. Kindly refer to the details below concerning our publication fee policy:
1. Fee Amount:
- ➤ The publication fee varies based on the volume of manuscripts and ranges from $479 to $3579. This fee is necessary to offset the costs incurred during the publication process.
2. Payment Process:
- ➤ Upon acceptance of your manuscript for publication, you will be issued an invoice outlining the publication fee and payment instructions.
- ➤ Payment must be completed within 3-4 days of receiving the invoice. We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and can provide bank details upon request.
3. Waivers and Discounts:
- ➤ We recognize that some authors may encounter financial difficulties. As a result, we offer partial or full waivers of the publication fee on a case-by-case basis. Authors from low-income countries or those experiencing financial challenges are encouraged to seek a waiver by contacting the editorial office.
- ➤ Furthermore, authors who are ORCID members may qualify for discounts on publication fees. For further information, please inquire about membership benefits.
4. Refund Policy:
- ➤ Publication fees are generally non-refundable, except in instances where the manuscript is withdrawn before the review process commences. For more information, please consult our manuscript withdrawal policy.
5. Transparency and Accountability:
- ➤ We are dedicated to maintaining transparency and accountability in our publication fee policy. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding publication fees or fund allocation, please do not hesitate to reach out to our finance department.
Manuscript Withdrawal Policy:
We acknowledge that there may be situations in which authors need to retract their submitted manuscripts from consideration for publication. In order to streamline this procedure, we have implemented the following manuscript withdrawal policy:
1. Request for Withdrawal:
- ➤ Authors who intend to withdraw their manuscript from consideration must formally request withdrawal by contacting the editorial office via email.
- ➤ The withdrawal request should contain the manuscript title, the names of all authors, and the rationale for withdrawal.
2. Withdrawal Prior to Review:
- ➤ If a manuscript is withdrawn before the peer review process commences, authors will not be required to pay any withdrawal fees.
- ➤ Withdrawal requests received after the review process has commenced or after Acceptance will incur withdrawal fees.
3. Communication with Co-Authors:
- ➤ Authors are responsible for informing all co-authors listed on the manuscript about any withdrawal requests.
4. Resubmission of Withdrawn Manuscripts:
- ➤ Authors have the option to submit a revised version of a withdrawn manuscript for future consideration. However, a new submission fee may be applicable.
